Video Message to CDRC Family
Hi, I’m Barry Levine and I’m the president of the Capital District Recovery Center also known as CDRC.
I want to talk to you about the COVID-19 crisis and how it affects CDRC and our community of groups.
Most important, we are holding all the group time slots and meeting rooms as they were when we had to temporarily close. No meeting will be displaced. We miss you all and are looking forward to the day we can re-open our doors
Since we have been closed, we have had the facility thoroughly disinfected and sanitized, every surface, door knob every table and chair. We’re putting in new procedures to maintain that same level of safety once we re-open.
As of today, the NYS Pause Act is in place until May 15th. I am watching the Governor’s update daily so we can be prepared to open when it is appropriate. We will continue to share information as we get it.
If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns, you can always reach us at 518 487-4617, on our website at www.capitaldistrictrecoverycenter.org, or on FaceBook at capital district recovery center.
These are really crazy times and we must all work together to address this crisis. Our actions today affect everyone we come in contact with. CDRC is committed to you and we ask that you all stay safe, vigilant and strong during this crisis.
And remember, as the saying goes,
WE’LL LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR YOU
